44 Ethiopian soldiers killed in latest attacks

The Radio Freedom frontline correspondent reports that attacks by the Ogaden National Liberation Front [ONLF] forces aimed at liberating the Ogaden from Ethiopian troops continue unabated.

The latest battles took place in many places in the Ogaden, with ONLF attacking enemy bases in Shilabo, Garbo, Denan, and Gode towns and inflicting massive defeat and destruction on Ethiopian troops.

Our correspondent reported that a large number of weapons, consisting of light arms, ammunition, and other military equipment, was captured from the enemy.

So far, 44 Ethiopian soldiers have been confirmed killed and many more wounded in the attacks. Most of them were killed in raids on Garbo and Shilabo towns.
